Hey guys! So I've been thinking lately... Ylana Thomson is, certainly, one of my favourite Harry Potter RP characters to RP as, alongside Leilani King and Vixie Brown, but she wasn't my first OC. The first RP I was on, back in 2008, I do believe, was with some people on Facebook (Tom might know them...?): Nikki Kaiser, Elli Hesse, Lindsay Thomas, Suba Thiyagalingam and a few more, like Chris. But I've always liked to make up stories about Harry Potter (on my own - sad, but true) and my first HP Oc was called Mia McGowen XD She wasn't as developed a character as Ylana is, but she was good enough to make me want to write about her.
Anybody else care to share their first Harry Potter OCs?

And in answer to your question, my very first OC was called Abigail Potter; she was a cousin of James' and she was actually pretty fun to write about. She was in my first RP which was with my sister. We didn't realise that it was RPing, though we did write it out in old excersize books when we were in boring classes in year seven xD
We should all totally get together on a random RP with our very first HP OCs and just RP like mad xD We could have Abigail and Mia and everyone else's first OCs in it xD That would be so fun

I know of them Lauren, sadly I was too intimidated to join any of their rps, they all posted so much I chose an rp at random, and read it all then joined... that rp was "After Harry Potter" with Meaghan, Anna, Nicci, Chris, Desiree, Alaa (Jazzie), Ahella. I joined just at the end so there were others like Dan who'd left by then. We had a small sequel, but then Alaa unexpectently disappeared, and the whole rp paused for 6 months or more... then we made ITM until she came back, which she did a few months ago (this is about two years since she disappeared) Some people never truly came back after the 6 month hiatus... but then I met Lauren and Amanda and encouraged them to join in  My first characters were Alex and Caitlyn They were fun but not very developed... I try not to stay as one character too long though... |

Oh, they're a great gang. Elli's in the army now though, so we don't speak that much. I've only recently got back into contact with Lindsay, Kelsey Ryan and Nikki, and we haven't RPed in years  But I was in loads of RPs with Ahella ^.^ She always had Sandra because Lindsay always had Sirius and James and Lily. It was hillarious |

We should totally invite Ahella on here She was like the best, her and Jazzie really made me feel at home when I joined up. She was in ITM you know, she played Tasha, before I took on the role. |

XD The best must be me, Nikki Kaiser and Chris on JFF: Nikki's chara, Jake, flirted with Ylana, but Chris' character liked Ylana. There was some really awks moments in that RP, it was so funny.

I shall ask them if they want to join up later Chris is on Founders, Tom, so we should be able to just nab him when he's on there, right? And Yupsies Marieanne, if you want to, but make sure you stress the need for her to be active this time, she missed out on loads of great opportunities to RP last time, which is sad. |

Mine was/is Betta. I've slowly brought her from being an obnoxious, hateful and spiteful girl to a relatively polite one, albeit she still has her moments. Anyway, she's become pretty neutral on the whole good/bad spectrum, though at times, she feels pressure to join in with the Dark Lord and rid the world of Muggles.
At this point, her struggle isn't with Voldemort; it's with a truly horrid character named Jerith McKennon, who has been doing his best to ask her out on a date. People have compared this to the Slytherin version of James Potter and Lily Evans, which amuses Betta simply because it's so true.

XD yeah, I've been on loads of RPs with you and have watched Betta change from evil to not so evil. It's always nice to RP with someone from the beginning, it makes you feel a bit better about launching into another RP because there's someone you know on there And Lei, just noticed your question: I just read up (kinda skipping a few icky posts about Betta giving birth) and joined when I actually got my own FB account XD |

I'm gradually turning her back from being relatively polite to being rude and mean again. I'm having some things in her family life be the cause of this.

Yeah, I have a major plot shock with Ylana too. She's from a major DE family, as you all know, but Ima say that she has the Dark Mark (dun dun duhhn!). It's gonna be awesome
