Dear newbies to Gryffindor House,

Welcome to our house! My name is Ylana Thomson and I am a Gryffindor sixth year. The year before last, I was Prefect for my House; last year, I was Head Girl. This year, I am Prefect again (another member of our House, Samantha Jackson, has taken over me as Head Girl this year).

Gryffindor House values bravery, hard work and chivalry and while these qualities are valued by other Houses too, we value them because they are what makes a truly good person. You have been Sorted according you who you are as a person, and you are a Gryffindor. No matter what anybody from the other Houses tells you
(Especially anyone from Hufflepuff and Slytherin), you are a Gryffindor at heart.

All that is left to be said is good luck for the future years here at TEH and to help us to win the House Cup again this year!

I'm Daniel Digby, Gryffindor 6th year. I just want to say how I'd love to beat the other Houses in the House cup again this year and that I'm going to apply to do some jobs for the Christmas Ball event to earn us some House Points. You should all do the same
