Right, so Moderators first. I feel that because TEH is getting back up again and there will be more posting and such, there should be some more moderators. I mean, Elly doesn't get on too often (no offence, Elly - I still ♥ you) and everyone's got real lives to live but there still needs to be someone who can keep their eye on the happenings here. I volunteer to keep my Global Mod title, but I say that we get others in to mod a few boards, that way we can carry on with real life too. I nominate Laurie and Leila XD
Events. I think the Christmas Ball idea is good and think that we should do more events to pull in publicity and activity. We could do something with easter and something with Halloween and a party in June for the end of the 'school' year? Just ideas.
Skins: Yeah, I feel that we should get a few skins going. Currently, River Below have a christmas skin and it looks awesome; we could have an autumn skin, a winter skin, a spring skin and a summer skin to change things up.
Boards: Not too sure what this is meant, but I'll take it as layout and such. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me. I like the layout - it's not too confusing and there's not too many boards - but it could be made more fancy schmancy. That is all.
Activity: Activity sweeps are a 'could' - we could find out who isn't active here and email them or something with a warning, that way the forum will look active to any potential members.
RPs: Ahh, the RPs. We have two main ones going on right now and few little ones on the side. This is a good thing, but we need more activity so that the RPs can progress.
Admin Privalleges: We haven't got admin privs this year  I think that myself, Leila and Tom should be given our admin privs instead of logging into the admin account. That is all. What do you guys think?

I think that I should get demoted quietly down to moderator status, I'll still be around, but I always seem to miss all the action, also Founders is where I end up spending most my time and effort these days.
I pop in most days though so I should catch any mischief!
I think giving Laurie moderator status is a great idea Lauren, she deserves to be recognised for her contributions.

UPDATES!

Ashleigh is our fifth co-admin and will be helping us to get TEH back on track as she has contributed a lot to TEH lately.
• Events[/u]
The Christmas Ball hasn't been active, so I posted a thread that members can get rolling in the 'open threads' sub-board.
• Skins[/u]
Elly modified the skin today while the forum was on MM, and it looks a bit better - the main logo blends in better.
• Boards[/u]
I updated and deleted some of the less active boards today while we were on MM. We didn't really need the ones that I got rid of because there was nothing in them.
• Activity[/u]
The activity went up this week and last week, which is good, so I think if we continue the way we are then we will get good activity/more members.
• RPs[/u]
The main RP thread (I'm Tired of Waiting) is going well; mostly me and Ashleigh, but also Leila. Yays!
• Admin privalleges[/u]
Elly gave us admin privs today, so good for that. Our character info like house, year and extras are underneath our display names.
